Special Gourmet Dinner fund-raiser
generously organized by the Club Culinaire of French Cuisine

         

                                         

On July 19, 2009 nearly 125 guests were treated to an exquisite dinner organized by the Club Culinaire of French Cuisine.  The venue for this magnificent event was La Cachette restaurant in Century City and numerous top-rated chefs and hosts provided a very memorable evening and helped raise thousands of dollars for the Daniel family.

Guests were treated to 10 fantastic appetizers and then a four-course dinner including wonderful dishes such as  foie gras terrine, seared alaskan halibut and roasted lamb chops.  Many guests espescially enjoyed the amazing profite role dessert ! Of course, accompanying each dish was a perfectly selected wine.
